Fee quotes come from pricing rules the firm sets, computed by our system. The AI never generates a number on its own — it can only relay a fee our software calculated from the firm's own rules.
The call is handed to a Spanish-speaking AI intake specialist for a full intake conversation in Spanish — not a "press 2 and leave a message" dead end. Follow-up texts and payment emails are sent in Spanish as well.
